BEO DAY RETREATS
We are delighted to share that we will return to the sights, sounds and tastes of West Clare on the Atlantic's Edge for two bespoke day retreats in 2024.
As always, a limited number of places are available to ensure an intimate space.
We have a very special itinerary planned and look forward to a day of deep connection, discovery and serenity in a very special shared space.
Our retreats take place on January 3rd and January 6th. January has always been a special time for beo, a time to reset and reflect for the year ahead, a time to start afresh and simply be.
SAMPLE ITINERARY
10am morning yoga and body awareness followed by an optional sea swim
11am tea/coffee/refreshments and breakfast bites
12pm life coaching and goal setting workshop
1.30pm lunch, free time and journaling
2.30pm grounding meditation and vision board session
3.30pm movement, music and mindfulness session
4.30pm finish
This is a ticketless event, all you need to register is the name you booked your ticket with.

Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. This is a unique event and it will not be possible to transfer your ticket to a future beo event.
