Events are our HAPPY PLACE, where we connect with our community and share our message of Self-Care. 

Summer 2024 sees the return of our community events to our coastal cottage on Main Street, Lahinch.  From morning yoga classes to weekly sound baths and much much more there really is something for everyone and lots of opportunity to carve out some much welcomed "me-time" this summer!
