January has always been a special month for BEO, a crisp white sheet awaiting text; a beginning.

This January we invite you to join us at Sonas by BEO in the University Concert Hall Limerick. Sonas, the Irish translation for Joy, has been in the making for a very long time and marks for us 5 years of live events, 5 years of shared experiences and 5 years of Joy.

The live event space has always been our happy place and this one is the most special yet. Together with a whole host of special guests we invite you to join us for an intimate evening of honest conversations, soulful music and above all…joy!

Sonas is an event for wellness-conscious women and each of our special guests are leaders in this space.  

This is an evening to champion and celebrate women, through relaxed and open-minded discussions about health of both the body and mind.
