Move Well Morning Yoga - September 2023
This September we will host two Move Well Yoga Mornings. The classes will take place in our coastal cottage by the sea on Main Street, Lahinch in Co. Clare.
Classes will be delivered in a peaceful, safe and holistic way combining aspects of cardio, functional and strength training all in one. It can be done at your own pace and it really is for everyone!
PRICE
Tickets are priced at €25 and include a goodie bag each day. Your ticket price is also FULLY REDEEMABLE to spend in-store on beo own-brand products ONLY following the class. It really is the perfect way to start your morning and carve out some me-time!
DATE & TIME
Please select your preferred date in September to join our class. Yoga will take place from 9am to 10am.
SUITABILITY
All levels are welcome, no experience necessary! If you have a specific injury, condition or are pregnant please make your instructor aware at the beginning of the class and she can tailor the movements for you.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. As we have very limited availability transferring your space to a different date is not possible.
PLEASE NOTE
- This is a ticketless event, all you need to register is the name you booked your ticket with.
- Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
- Yoga instructors are subject to change.
- Please arrive from 8.45am for registration.
