beo day retreats
A summer to remember. We introduced beo day retreats to our offering earlier this year. They were a long time in the making and we hosted 6 very special days in the home of beo, where our story began, Spanish Point, Co. Clare. We added two September dates to our calendar of events which are now sold out. As the saying goes, you asked, we listened...our very final beo day retreat will now take place November 5th.
We return to the sights, sounds and tastes of West Clare on the Atlantic's Edge for our final day retreat of 2023.
As always, a limited number of places are available to ensure an intimate space.
We have a very special itinerary planned and look forward to a day of deep connection, discovery and serenity in a very special shared space.
Sample Itinerary:
10am morning beach yoga and body awareness on Spanish Point Beach followed by an optional sea swim
11am tea/coffee/refreshments and breakfast bites
12pm life coaching and goal setting workshop
1.30pm lunch, free time and journaling
2.30pm art therapy
3.30pm sound bath and meditation
4.30pm finish
This is a ticketless event, all you need to register is the name you booked your ticket with.

Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. This is a unique event and it will not be possible to transfer your ticket to a future beo event.
