Cook
From tasty starters and indulgent mains, to quick and easy lunches and guilt-free desserts, our recipes are fun, simple and stress-free. With many of us working from home at present, we have dedicated January to spicing up your lunch with weekly demonstrations that are quick to make, require minimal ingredients, are nutritious and promise to give you the energy you need to power through the day.  You can follow along or watch back whenever you need to as the content will be saved.  No excuses!
Move
Make exercise a habit — all you need is the right mindset and a smart approach. Our instructors will share weekly classes that cater for all fitness levels.  You can access both LIVE classes and the recorded versions weekly with everything saved for you to repeat again and again!  The human body was designed to move so challenge yourself to move more, better and with intention.
Meditate
To a beginner, meditation might initially feel a little alien, perhaps even daunting, but that’s okay. When we meditate, we inject far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives. We lower our stress levels, connect better, improve our focus, and are kinder to ourselves.  Allow us to introduce a weekly meditation into your life. Each week we will focus on a different intention and learn breathing techniques that teach us to be present in the moment and directly experience things as they are.
Yoga
Yoga gives you all that a gym can, but in a peaceful, safe and more holistic way. It combines aspects of cardio, functional and strength training all in one. What more could you ask for? The best part about Yoga is that it can be done at your own pace and it really is for everyone! We invite you to include a gentle yoga class in your week and improve your flexibility, energy levels and general well-being. All classes will be saved for you to repeat again and again!
Plan
“If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!” – Meal planning is the simple act of mappings out your meals for the week ahead.  Don’t let the term ‘plan’ scare you. You can plan literally anything. You can even plan NOT to cook. What’s important is that you have thought about it! At BEO we believe in making YOUR meal planning as flexible as you want. It’s for you. We will share weekly meal plans which have been thoughtfully created to help you save time, money, and make healthy choices. A downloadable shopping list will accompany our meal plans each week.  Allow us to take the guesswork out of grocery shopping and prepping!
Think
Goal setting is a process that starts with careful consideration of what you want to achieve, and ends with a lot of hard work to actually do it. In between, there are some very well-defined steps that transcend the specifics of each goal. Knowing these steps will allow you to formulate goals that you can accomplish. Our motivation and mindset seminars will inspire us each week to maximise our fullest potential and help us ‘upgrade’ our thinking to find more passion, purpose and fulfilment. We want to help you to set goals for yourself that motivate you, are important to you, and that by achieving them bring value to your life.

A slow Sunday is good for the soul and oh-so needed. A day to rest and reflect, we encourage you to make Sundays sacred! Every Sunday we will welcome a special guest to join Aoibhín Garrihy in conversation and remind you to breathe, focus on the here and now and even have a good laugh. Our guests will come from all walks of life but share one common characteristic, and that is resilience. We will invite diverse personalities to share their journey, self-care practices and dreams for the future. There is no education like adversity. Each chat will be saved for you to listen to at a time that suits you!
