January 2019…It’s time for rituals not resolutions

“A daily ritual is a way of saying,

I’m voting for myself; I’m taking care of myself.”

At BEO we like to Live Well, Live Whole and in order to do this we believe in setting some little life rituals to improve our overall health and wellbeing.  Aim to practice these rituals daily and you will instantly feel the benefits:

1. Get Out There!

Nature is therapy and gives us something very unique we cannot replicate indoors. Get out in the fresh air and we promise you will feel instantly energised and re-connected.

2. Time for What Matters

Find time for who and what you love, no matter how busy you think you are. It will give you a passion for life

3. Breath and Meditate

Slowing down the mind allows us the time and space to be still which in turn helps us to cope with the many challenges life throws our way. 

4. Nourish

For the most part, eat to nourish the body with whole foods that will compliment an active, happy life.

5. Move

Our bodies are designed to do just that and yet we’ve never moved less as a generation. Break the cycle and give your body the chance to do what it’s designed for!

6. Rest and Re-charge

Sleep is one of Mother Natures greatest gifts…it’s when we repair and prepare. Picture a phone with no charger…it no longer functions.  Sleep is our bodies charger.
