“Eat. Nourish. Cleanse.”
A juice cleanse supports the body’s natural detox processes, clears the diet of sugar, caffeine, refined foods, and other foods and substances that can deplete energy, and jumpstarts a more healthful way of eating. We love this simple recipe courtesy of Nutritional Therapist and owner of ANU Wellness, Claire Grady.
Cleanse Green Juice (Serves 2)
- 2-4 Pineapple Chunks
- 2 Handfuls of Organic Spinach / Kale Leaves
- 3-4 Sprigs of Organic Coriander Leaves
- 2 inches of Organic Cucumber
- 1/2 tsp of Wheatgrass/Chlorella Powder
- 400mls of Cleanse Tea (chilled)
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately!
